Join us for exotic music on April 20!

National Sawdust, 7pm

Le Train Bleu presents an evening of mysterious and exotic works designed to excite and intrigue. The amazing Sarah Kirkland Snider is here, with her celebrated Daughter of the Waves, as well the NYC Premiere of her brand new You are Free. Next up is celebrated veteran Christopher Theofanides with his ballet Artemis, in the new version that we presented with the Lar Lubovitch Dance Company last season. Jesse Limbacher is a talented and exciting newcomer, who has written a new work especially for this evening. Finally we are proud to collaborate with the Bruce Wood Dance Project and celebrated choreographer Katarzyna Skarpetowska in a new dance premiere, with music by Reena Esmail, her gorgeous and perfumed Dark Flower (Gul-e-dodi). Once again, Le Train Bleu offers an eclectic but fascinating mix!

On December 9, we presented our Artistic Director, Ransom Wilson, in an all-Schubert concert with legendary pianist Anne-Marie McDermottwinterreise no. 1
